Conference venue – how to get there
The conference takes place at Aalto Otaniemi campus, Undergraduate Center, Otakaari 1, 02150, Espoo, Finland – see in Google Maps.
From Helsinki Airpot to Helsinki City Center
Helsinki Airport’s train station is located under the terminal. There is a direct elevator and escalator connection from the departures and arrivals hall to the train station.
Local I and P trains operate to and from Helsinki Airport. A train ride to Helsinki City Centre takes about 30 minutes. Local train tickets can be purchased from HSL’s mobile app, or from the ticket machine at the train platform.

From Helsinki City Center to Aalto University Otaniemi campus
You can take Metro M1/M2 from Helsingin päärautatieasema (Helsinki Central Station) to Aalto University metro station directly.
Welcome reception
The welcome reception is at the Bistro Banta on Sunday June 9th at 16:00-18:00.

Technical tour
The technical tour takes place at the Aalto Otaniemi campus. The detailed information is shown below.
Time: From 16:15, Monday 10th June 2024.
There are altogether 4 tour group, and the map is shown below:
After the tour, the groups gather at the conference lobby.
Conference dinner
Time: Monday 10 June at 19:00
Location: Restaurant 10. kerros (Sokos Hotel Vaakuna), Kaivokatu 3, Helsinki
Metro: Kamppi (Central Railway station is closed due to renovation)
Please note that Metro station ”Päärautatieasema” is closed in June due renovation. Nearest station to 10.floor and Sokos Hotel Vaakuna is KAMPPI (to and from AALTO-YLIOPISTO, Otaniemi).

Instructions for presenters
We ask presenters to upload presentations to ConfTool in pptx/ppt/pdf format no later than Thursday, 4 June. Download the ppt template here or use your own layout.
The duration of the presentations is 15 minutes, including questions and answers.
Luggage
There will be a storage room for luggage at the venue that can be used from 7.00-16.00 Monday and Tuesday.
